Art Walk

The Albert Lea Art Walk, established in 2020, offers a unique way to explore the city's artistry through murals and sculptures located in Academy Park, Lakeview Park, Home Federal Alley, and throughout Historic Downtown and Fountain Lake.

Performing Art

This performing arts center is a cornerstone of Albert Lea’s performing arts, presenting live music, concerts, community theater productions, and Metropolitan Opera Live events, ensuring there’s always something on stage to captivate audiences.

Alive with Creativity

​ It’s home to two main art galleries that anchor its artistic offerings: the Freeborn County Arts Initiative (FCAI) and the Albert Lea Art Center. These spaces host artist receptions, gallery shows, and special events like the Funky Chair Affair and She-Shed Garden Tour, enriching the community with a variety of visual arts. The Dorothy Godtland Lecture Series further adds depth to the art scene with its educational offerings.
