Welcome to the Albert Lea Convention & Visitors Bureau: Fostering Unity through Diversity,
Equity, and Inclusion

 

 

 

At the Albert Lea Convention & Visitors Bureau, we are wholeheartedly committed to embracing
diversity, advancing equity, and cultivating an inclusive environment. We firmly believe that by
celebrating our unique differences and coming together as a harmonious collective, we can
create a thriving and welcoming community for all. Our collaborative efforts within our team, &
our community partners, ensure that diversity is recognized as our strength and inclusion is the

We recognize that our collective strength is amplified when we embrace the richness of diverse
perspectives, backgrounds, and experiences. By fostering an inclusive atmosphere, we not only
enhance the creativity and innovation within our offices but also create a sense of belonging for
our team members, stakeholders, and visitors. Valuing diversity and ensuring equity and inclusion
are vital to achieving our mission and cultivating a prosperous community that everyone can take

Our collaborative efforts prioritize three fundamental principles:
